It's been a long time...

I'm sorry it's been so long since I've last posted here. A lot of things have happened in a short amount of time. My husband has gotten out of the military on a medical discharge and I've been researching things for my newest blog about the paranormal. You can check it out at http://anotherparanormalday.blogspot.com/. It's something that I have always been interested in and have had a lot of encounters with. My husband has spoiled me my buying me ghost hunting equipment. It's a pure adrenaline rush, especially when you find EVP's. I'll be sharing all of the evidence I get from my investigations on my newest blog. Please follow the link above and sign up for email & don't forget to +1 us!!

Thank you all for reading!

odd happenings in my house

My husband, children, and I have lived in the same house for 2 years. Recently we've had some unusual goings on here. Within the last month or so, we've noticed somethings moved from where we left them or objects moving by themselves, and seeing shadows or flashes of light out of the corner of our eyes. At first I didn't think anything of it, thinking we had moved the stuff without realizing it. Three weeks ago I had the fan on a table facing our kitchen. Then for no apparent reason the fan turned toward me. This happened twice in the same day until I yelled "quit it" into the air and it stopped.

My husband had his wedding ring sitting on the top shelf of the stand by the tv. I'm 5'11" and the shelf is about chin level with me. For some reason the ring was in my shoe this morning.... Ok yes I do have cats, but they don't get up there & if they had would they have not knocked down (or over) the picture frames & statue I have up there? Nothing else on this shelf was touched but the ring. It's a little odd if you ask me!

this heat is insane!

91 degrees and climbing, and all with a broken ac unit. We are absolutely roasting in this house! We can't get it replaced because of some voltage problem that keeps blowing up the compressor. So until that problem is fixed we are cooling a 2 story house with 2 small window units and a box fan. It helps but its nothing compared to our big ac unit. So needless to say I'm pouting for no good reason because in actuality nothing can be done until the power company fixes the problem. Which will hopefully be within the next few days, cross your fingers that happens soon!
